DROPPING PRICE

For seasonal rental, Reference LMA 172/21 AMB4, in Mahajanga, village of Amborovy, on the ground floor of a large villa located close to the beaches of Maroala, in a quiet and secure area, two furnished and equipped apartments, recently renovated and in perfect condition: – Apartment n ° 1 composed of two air-conditioned bedrooms, a small TV lounge that can also be used as a bedroom, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The rental price is set at 230,000 Ariary per night, or around 50 euros at the current average rate of the national currency; – Apartment n ° 2 composed of two air-conditioned bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The rental price is set at 200,000 Ariary per night, or approximately 45 euros at the current average rate of the national currency; Both apartments open onto a large shared outdoor terrace. For each apartment, the number of people is limited to a maximum of five. The prices indicated include the full rental, a parking space inside the property, television with a Canal + subscription. They do not include electricity, in addition on the basis of 1000 Ariary per KWH consumed (a statement will be made on entry and exit), WiFi and the cleaning lady. The housekeeper of the property can nevertheless be used occasionally at the expense of the tenants. – Appartement n°1 composé de deux chambres climatisées, d’un petit salon télévision pouvant également être utilisé comme chambre, d’une cuisine équipée et d’une salle de bains. Le tarif de sa location est fixé à 230.000 Ariary par nuitée, soit environ 50 euros au taux moyen actuel de la devise nationale ;

– Appartement n° 2 composé de deux chambres climatisées, d’une cuisine équipée et d’une salle de bains. Le tarif de sa location est fixé à 200.000 Ariary par nuitée, soit environ 45 euros au taux moyen actuel de la devise nationale ;

Les deux appartements ouvrent sur une grande terrasse extérieure commune. Pour chaque appartement, le nombre de personnes est limité à cinq au maximum.

Les tarifs indiqués comprennent la location complète, un emplacement de parking à l’intérieur de la propriété, la télévision avec abonnement canal +. Ils n’incluent pas l’électricité, en sus sur la base de 1000 Ariary par KWH consommé (un relevé sera effectué à l’entrée et à la sortie), le Wifi et la femme de ménage. La femme de ménage de la propriété peut néanmoins être utilisée ponctuellement à la charge des locataires.
