For annual rental, Ref LVA 176/22 MB2 and LVA 177/22 MB2, in Mahajanga, downtown, two renovated apartments nos 2 and 3, type T3, located on the 1st floor of a good standing building, each composed a ventilated living room, a fitted kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. One of the bedrooms in apartment n°2 is furnished with two single beds and a sideboard, the rest is unfurnished. Apartment 3 is unfurnished. The rent for apartment n°2 LVA 176/22 MB2 is set at €245 or 1,100,000 Ariary (one million one hundred thousand), that of apartment n°3 LVA 177/22 MB2, better oriented, at 290 € or 1,300,000 Ariary (one million three hundred thousand), charges included excluding JIRAMA, on the basis of a one-year rental lease with tacit renewal and a 5% increase each year. At the signing of the lease, payment of the first rent, a deposit of the same amount and agency fees of 75% of the rent. L’une des chambres de l’appartement n°2  est meublée de deux lits simples et d’un bahut, le reste est non meublé. L’appartement n° 3 est non meublé.

Le loyer de l’appartement n°2 LVA 176/22 MB2 est fixé à 245€ soit 1.100.000 Ariary (un million cent mille), celui de l’appartement n°3 LVA 177/22 MB2, mieux orienté, à 290€ soit 1.300.000 Ariary (un million trois cent mille), charges comprises hors JIRAMA, sur la base d’un bail locatif d’un an avec tacite reconduction et d’une augmentation de 5% chaque année.

A la signature du bail, versement du premier loyer, d’une caution du même montant et des honoraires d’agence de 75% du loyer.
