For annual rental in Mahajanga, Reference LMA 143/22 SOM1, tourist village sector, facing Somabeach beach, two furnished and equipped type T2 apartments located on the first floor of a villa with a garden. Each of these apartments is composed of a living room opening onto a covered terrace with sea view, an American kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom.
Their rent is set at the equivalent of 250 euros or 1,050,000 Ariary at the current exchange rate, charges included including Wifi, excluding Jirama (electricity and water). At the signing of the lease, payment of the first rent, an equivalent deposit and agency fees which correspond to 75% of the amount of the rent.
These two apartments can also, depending on their availability, be the subject of a seasonal rental at the rate of 20 euros / day or 88,000 Ariary all charges included, namely Jirama, Wifi and cleaning lady.

Location deux appartements

En location annuelle à Mahajanga, Référence LMA 143/22 SOM1, secteur village touristique, face à la plage de Somabeach, deux appartements meublés et équipés de type T2 situés au premier étage d’une villa agrémentée d’un jardin. Chacun de ces appartements est composé d’un salon ouvrant sur une terrasse couverte avec vue sur la mer, d’une cuisine américaine, d’une chambre indépendante et d’une salle de bains.

Leur loyer est fixé à l’équivalent de 250 euros soit 1.050.000 Ariary au taux de change actuel, charges comprises y compris le Wifi, hors Jirama (électricité et eau). A la signature du bail, versement du premier loyer, d’une caution équivalente et des honoraires d’agence qui correspondent à 75% du montant du loyer.

Ces deux appartements peuvent également, en fonction de leur disponibilité, faire l’objet d’une location saisonnière au tarif de 20 euros/ jour soit 88.000 Ariary toutes charges incluses à savoir Jirama, Wifi et femme de ménage.
